As part of its efforts to offer indigenous products to best fit local requirements, the semi-permanent couplers are being produced and assembled for the first time at Voith Turbo India, according to a IndiaPRwire statement.
Having demonstrated diligent service in providing technology solutions for the Delhi Metro, Voith will deliver 20 automatic front couplers for the Jaipur Metro. In addition, it will also provide 20 intermediate auto and 40 semi-permanent couplers, the statement said.
